* Thou shalt not bring undue attention to yourself or your Kind through action or inaction.

* Thou shalt not destroy or cause harm to any Netherbeing without Cause through action or inaction unless in self-defense; such actions are subject to review.

* Thou shalt not Turn a human under the age of 26 or over the age of 70.

* Thou shalt remain in control of thy Neophyte for the complete duration of the Bond.

* Thou shalt not attempt to synthesize Venom.

* Thou shalt follow all edicts and directives of the Council Primus, including this Litany, on pain of the Final Death

* The judgment of the Council Primus is absolute and cannot be appealed
